We use only the finest materials available. Knockdown and Popcorn by USG. Paint by Benjamin Moore, Porter, Sherwin Williams and Acrylux. We do not water down our paints or use inferior lightweight textures!

What time does the crew work?

For large jobs, we will arrive around 8 am. Day typically ends between 3-5pm for a full day of work. Repair jobs usually start at 8am or 11-1pm.

Do you offer interior painting?

Yes. when your ceilings are finished we can paint your walls, doors and base boards if you choose to.

What are your credentials?

Family owned and operated for 50 years! We are licensed, insured, and bonded in Broward and Palm Beach. We are members of the Better Business Bureau and have always had an A+ rating.

How long does a popcorn removal take?

Popcorn to Knockdown with painting – most jobs 2 days. Larger homes -3 days. Popcorn to smooth with painting -3-5 days.

How does knockdown compare to smooth level 5 in price?

Approx a 1/3 cost.

What furnishings need to be removed?

KNOCKDOWN most furniture stays. Remove breakables and small items which can get knocked over or wrapped in the plastic.

SMOOTH level 5 we only offer in unfurnished homes. Level 3-4 some or all furniture may be stay. (We will advise once we see the job)

What steps are taken to complete the job?

Popcorn to knockdown Day

1. Masking, popcorn removal, bonding sealer applied, cracks repaired with fiberglass tape, knockdown sprayed, clean up if needed (customer staying in residence in evening)

Day 2. Masking if needed, low odor primer sprayed, low VOC paint sprayed, clean up

Popcorn to Smooth Level 5

Day 1. Masking, cracks repaired with fiberglass tape, areas of concern addressed, skim coat applied.

Day 2-5. Additional 2 coats of skim, sanding, prime and paint
